unfortunately we have been very disappointed, above all humanly. we were really looking forward to this holiday and wanted to spend a nice and relaxing time with our children. we underestimated the situation. through the pool, you have to be at the pool at all times with many small children, some of whom cannot swim, and look at them. cooking, cleaning and washing up next to it, because during the day there is something to eat out before 7pm by chance. we were very stressed by this situation, but nino came in every day uninvited and without a mask or distance and checked everything. We did our best to keep everything clean, but Nino always found something and said that he wanted it different and that he would otherwise get a cleaning lady at our expense and became very unfriendly. We have never seen anything like it. which landlord checks his guests? we paid 8000 euros for these 12 days with everything and were not respected and our privacy was disregarded several times. he and his entire family were secretly inside when we went shopping. once we came back quickly and his wife gave hand signals from the pool to strangers who then came out of our holiday home. we asked nino about it and he simply denied it, although we saw it. In addition to this disrespect and lying, he did not comply with the corona rules and thus endangered my children. then from day 3 we should suddenly separate the garbage, which he said nothing about beforehand. But there was only a very small garbage can and no chance to separate. then our rubbish, which we threw in the trash at nino, was found in the environment and suddenly the police were there because the rubbish could be traced back to us. but we weren't and are now supposed to pay a fine of 610 euros. an injured dog with a deep wound with worms was walking around there. he was on the verge of blood poisoning. we asked nino about it and he didn't care. he said it wasn't his, he's just been walking around there every day for years. We have informed the animal welfare and they have saved the dog and thanked them warmly that we had saved the animal. Such a neglected dog, even they had never seen helpers. when you are there, there is also a lot of smoking. You can get all the smoke in the house on the left and there are over 300 cigarettes everywhere next to the house, which is dangerous for small children and is nasty because of corona. in addition, nino and his family celebrate with loud music every day until midnight. we are tolerant, but when our children were in the pool from 9 o'clock, we were yelled at that it was too early. we are shocked by this behavior without empathy and pure control. that was the opposite of vacation for us. our little daughter has been talking for days about the bad man yelling at mom and dad and that she is scared. the vacation only made sense because the dog's life was saved, which was completely irrelevant to the people there. we would never want to go there again and now have to recover from this vacation and try to clarify with the police how our rubbish got into the landscape.

Che dire di Nino e Costantina! Sono una famiglia meravigliosa, super cordiale e ospitale. Sempre pronto ad aiutare, con un sorriso. Non potremmo essere più grati, ci sentiamo a casa. L'alloggio è ottimo, la posizione è meravigliosa, immersa nel verde e con una bellissima piscina per divertirsi con i bambini. Se un giorno torneremo in Sardegna non esiteremo a soggiornare nuovamente a casa sua. Molte grazie e un forte abbraccio!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Nino. On est en pleine campagne, au calme. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les animaux (mouton, cochon et les chiens) et la piscine. C est à 30mn des principales villes du nord. La maison est bien équipée, seul bémol la literie un peu vieillotte

What a great place to relax and enjoy the life on the surrounding farming grounds! Great big pool with an magnificent view. Nino is a great host and he makes sure you feel relaxed and happy in his place. The sounds of the sheeps passing by was wonderful and the 7 dogs who are part of the farm are all very sweet! Great location from where one can explore the northwest of Sardegna.

We had a great time at Nino's place. We enjoyed the house and great pool as well as the beautiful landscape around it. We made trips every day and discovered nice villages, beaches and even parapendio. Nino and Nulvi will make you relaxed!
