Modern 2 bedroom basement suite with full kitchen , large living area, and 2 incredible walk-in showers. Peaceful neighbourhood: very cozy. The host replied instantly and was very helpful, 10/10 recommend.

Clean place , nice showers , xbox was nice to have . Easy to check in communication was short and not overly done.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Joshua’s place was very clean and although it was a basement and people were upstairs, we never heard noise coming from above. The place itself was beautiful. Everything about it was stunning, especially the bathrooms (100% our favourite part about the stay). Joshua was a great host and was very kind when communicating with us. He also left us a rose as a gift for our anniversary which unfortunately I forgot at the house, but it was still an extremely sweet gesture! We will definitely be booking this stay again in the future :)

Had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great amenities and Joshua is a great host. Very responsive and proactive with instructions. Would definitely stay again.
