La communication avec Janice est très fluide. Elle et son équipe ont répondu à toute heure du jour et de la nuit à toutes nos questions. Le check-in est fluide et les instructions claires. L’appartement est spacieux et dispose de nombreux avantages tels que la machine à laver et les capsules de lessive fournies gratuitement. Il est situé en étage élevé avec une jolie vue panoramique depuis le salon. L’appartement est situé à quelques minutes à pieds de Bukit Bintang et sa piscine est très agréable. Petit bémol en revanche: l’appartement est prévu pour 5 personnes. Vous pouvez toutefois venir à 6 si vous avez des enfants ou que vous êtes prêts à dormir sur un matelas en mousse au sol.

Janice and team are great hosts. All the instructions for check in and check out were very helpful and made the whole process easier. The unit we stayed in was well-equipped, especially for me traveling with kids, as the kitchen was fully equipped to use. And the location of the apartment is also very strategic and easy to reach. My family and I are very satisfied with our stay, and hope can stay there again soon when we visit Kuala Lumpur next time.
