Great communication, was an absolutely beautiful view and so many activities to do there at the house alone pool was well maintained. For sure looking forward to coming back again. More than enough room for our large group!

House accommodate 17 people. we expected 3 king size bed but there was only 1. Water pressure on the lower floor was very weak. Had to shower in upstairs bathroom. Some lights did not work (master toilet area). toilets looked old. Bathroom door in the pirates boat room was off hinge. Had to use a towel for privacy. Broken chair flanking the dinner buffet. Luckily I didn't hurt myself when I sat in it. Broken patio chair (no one got hurt). Outdoor area needs to be tidied up. Lqdders, fire extinguishers and tools scattered around. Grill was dirty. The house was pretty, and the view magnificent. It could use a big upgrading with better quality furniture and place needs to be tidied up before guests show up. I would stay again because of the layout, view and price.

Home is beautifully located right on Canyon Lake. House is great for large groups.

As advertised, great location, ample spaces, and beautiful views of Canyon Lake. Two small inconveniences: we had AC issues on two of the rooms, to which the Management Group sent a handy man on the first day and an AC technician on the second to try to solve the issues. Weather was quite nice so we were able to stand the heat with the ceiling fans. Cleaning Team was still on property once we arrived. As mentioned, Management Team was very responsive. Still, I believe the place a lot to offer for a family/friends weekend getaway. Will recommend.
