Upon arrival there was a noticeable odor in the house. There was pet hair on the carpet/floors, on the pool table, and even on the furniture. For someone who has allergies, this is not the property to choose. There was trash in the cabinets (open bags of chips that were half eaten as well as trash under the entertainment system in the living room. Based off the pictures I believed that the game/theater room would be attached to the house but it was in the back in the garage so I couldn’t allow my daughter to enjoy it as much as she’d like due to needing parental supervision. The keys on the hot tub did not work. The lights where the hot tub and fire pit did not come on until the last night of our stay so it was pitch black at night. PRO Check in was easy. The host was thoughtful enough to leave laundry detergent which was a plus. The location was close to Disney which is why we came as well as beaches. If they did a better job cleaning, my review probably would’ve been different.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We loved the amenities and it was so close to everything we wanted to do! Awesome hosts and an awesome property. Would stay again!

This was a great place to stay off Disney property, but still close by. It was about a 10 minute drive to the parking structures. The home was very clean on arrival and was nicely remodeled.

Grace’s place was beautiful and perfect for our couples getaway. The house had so much to do, was so clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was also so close to Disneyland which was wonderful. But Grace and Ethan were so responsive and kind. Great experience. If we are ever back in the area for a family trip, we will definitely be back.
