We enjoyed our stay at Lach's - the flat was immaculate! It was a bit difficult to find (make sure you have the parking spot info in your Sat-Nav - not the street address) but Lach was VERY responsive when we had questions. We had a bit of difficulty with the heating - we turned it on when we first got there but when we came back later in the evening, it was chilly again. Some of this was human error (ours!) but Lach was quick to respond when we needed assistance. We got it working - but by morning it was back down to 16 c - a wee bit chilly. The amenities in the flat were wonderful - the best shower of our stay in Britain with nice soaps. There was a basket full of treats which was very nice and the flat was beautifully appointed.

This is a new listing on Airbnb. The host was very responsive and the flat itself was very clean, warm and inviting. It was challenging to get into the property because the key to enter the building broke off inside the lock but I was able to get in despite this and the host was very responsive - it seems the key cutter had gone for the cheapest metal in existence. Nevertheless I'd happily stay here again.

A great stay with great communication. WiFi in the property would have topped it off but it was not too much of a problem for me and this was communicated before booking! Thank you for a great stay!

What a great stay!! The property is exactly as advertised. Lovely decor, really close (only a 5 minute walk) to the city centre, super cosy place, free off-road parking on the gated driveway behind the property, a corner shop just across the road, sweet welcome basket of goodies, great communication from the host, etc. etc. Absolutely would stay here again! :) Thanks so much!
