First floor boasts a full kitchen (fully stocked), a dedicated laundry area, a dining area, and a large living room with multiple couches, tables, games, and a 55" TV. The second floor has three bedrooms (Master King, Queen Bed, and a Full Bed, Pack & Play / Full Crib available upon request), a dedicated workspace, and two full bathrooms.
Guest Access:
The apartment is first floor kitchen / dining / living area and you will have access via private entry to the complete apartment. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and work space are on the second floor.
Neighborhood Description:
The Clarence Hollow is a perfect mix of quiet and entertaining.
There are numerous highly recommended restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Walk or drive to This Little Pig, The Hollow Bistro & Cafe, The Humbert House, Goodrich Coffee & Tea, Kennedy's Cove, Westshore Brewing Company, Brazen Brewery, and many others.
Other activities include The Great Pumpkin Farm, Clarence Farmers Market, Antique World Market, Buffalo Bad Axes, Clarence Town Park, Tillman Road Wildlife Walking Trail, and other seasonal events in the area.

Parking is in the rear of the building. There is a 3-spot blacktop pad for guests. There is also on-street parking spots directly in front of the property.
