Roomy apartment perfect for 6 guests is located in the heart of the city, convenient to transport, just 2 minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova station, airport buses and the metro. All major tourist attractions can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The house is equipped with every comfort: WiFi, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, hydromassage tub. 120 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for disabled people) and consists of: LIVING ROOM: with sofa, relaxation area and dining area; KITCHEN with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, moka, DeLonghi coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, citrus juicer and kitchen utensils; BEDROOM 1: with double bed and wardrobe; BEDROOM 2: with a double bed and a desk; BEDROOM 3: with double bed and desk; BATHROOM 1: with a hydromassage tub, shower, bidet and hairdryer; BATHROOM 2: equipped with shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer; ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited free WiFi, 45-inch OLED Smart TV, portable fans, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, balcony, independent heating with boiler, changing table, games and high chair for children

Very cosy house in great location. Some amenities were missing. The agency could have been more attentive preparing the house for our arrival (turning the boiler on/ preparing the cot bed).
The check in process is very complicated specially if you are traveling with bags (needed to go to a bar on the other side for the keys). The apartment is very pretty and clean however the amenities are very few (no coffee, low stack of toilet paper, small soap, etc). Lastly, there weren’t trashcans in the house only in the kitchen. However, the place is located near the terminal and near bus and metro stations so if you are looking for nearness this could be the place you are looking for!

El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de tren y de metro, a unos 20 minutos de los museos. La limpieza no es la adecuada encontrando pelusas bajo las camas, pagar 100€ en limpieza para encontrar el apartamento en esas condiciones es abusivo. Cazo en la cocina con restos de haber calentado algo y ollas muy muy muy estropeadas,.deberían cambiarse. Uno de los colchones está hundido en el medio así como El sofá. Deberían considerar varios cambios para seguir alquilando.
Um dos pontos que mais me estimou foi a orientação para fazer o check-in, desde a retirada das chaves em local diverso, que confesso evitar, até o acesso a porta do apartamento. Indicações claras e de fácil entendimento. Apartamento espaçoso, ideal para cinco pessoas, com boa mobilia, porém os colchões de casal já desgastados, apresentando afundamento no meio, gerando desconforto. O aquecimento central deixou a desejar, foi necessário solicitar ao anfitrião que fosse acionado e o tempo de uso restrito. A localização é bem central, com uma bela padaria na rua e supermercado próximo. O deslocamento aos pontos principais é feito facilmente à pé. Por isso, nessa estadia achamos trabalhoso estar com carro, pois o estacionamento na rua estava escasso e no particular não haviam vagas disponíveis na ocasião da nossa chegada. Foi árduo encontrar vaga no sábado a noite.

We are in the Central area, near the Metro, Porta Nuova Station, Porta Susa Station, departure and arrival airport shuttle link. Every service within walking distance, from pharmacies to supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
This house is located in one of the most typical and elegant districts of Turin! A few meters away, on the corner with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, there is the historic Platti coffee (which you can see in the last photos); in the area there are many other bars and restaurants; a multiplex cinema and a supermarket 3 blocks away.
On foot you can quickly reach (about 5 minutes) the San Salvario district, well known by young people and not for its lively nightlife and the best nightclubs.
The apartment is just a few steps from the Porta Nuova Train Station; it faces the Metro stop, the airport shuttle stop and the main surface transport stop.
9 minutes from Re Umberto metro station
a few meters away there is the stop of the bus line 14 and tram line 4 that connect the area with all areas of the city.
