Explore a modern ensuite private room with a queen bed, underfloor heating for winter, and a fan for summer comfort. Enjoy a private entrance, outdoor living space, and a small kitchenette offering basics. Parking is available 30 meters away on Hoheria Rise. Perfect for a relaxing getaway! We do also have a spoodle dog on the property, his name is Archie and he’s super cute. This accommodation is located at the rear of a newly built contemporary home, its peaceful with garden views and you'll wake up to birdsong in the morning. The room is part of a larger home and you may hear family noises in the distance, however you'll have your own private entrance and outdoor space to relax. The bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating, there is a small dining space with a table and two chairs and a kitchenette which offers a kettle, toaster, under bench fridge and microwave. Most of our guests prefer to eat out at one of Wanaka's many eateries and cafes. We do have a family dog, he’s a spoodle and his name is Archie, he is friendly, he may come and say hi.

This wonderful retreat provided everything we needed for a delightful stay. We enjoyed relaxing evenings watching Disney+ in this peaceful place. We were greeted by the lovely dog Archie, adding to the charm of our experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy retreat in Wanaka.

The accommodation is located on a quiet lane so parking for guests is located about 30 metres away anywhere on Hoheria Rise.
Driving in and around Wanaka is the easiest way to get around, however if you do enjoy biking you can hire bikes locally, there are also some amazing hikes and easy walking trails.

We love meeting people, we love the great outdoors and love to travel and we love meeting new people. Our airbnb accommodation is private and comfortable and only a few minutes drive or an easy 10 min bike ride to town. Wanaka is a great place to visit all year round.
