The space is much larger than it appears in photos! Plenty of seating and great lighting throughout. The screened-in porch is also spacious, and the trees surrounding it provide a decent amount of privacy. The neighborhood itself felt safe and, of the neighbors who did see me, only one gave my boyfriend and I the evil eye. Everyone else was friendly in passing The location was perfect! It ended up being 13-15 minutes from every activity my boyfriend planned for the weekend. Loved being a SHORT walking distance from multiple shopping plazas. I must add this in because it was a source of stress for me, the house has a minor roach infestation but at NO FAULT to the owner (I’m confident it’s a neighbor issue, personally). The house itself is clutter-free and spotless and Ling was very kind and working on locating a solution. If running into a few roaches doesn’t scare you, book this beautiful condo! If you’re a scary cat like me, book the condo and bring someone to manage the killing

Ling was very communicative and checked in periodically just to ensure everything is running smoothly! Definitely going to rent again next time I’m in Jax!

Our stay was perfect in every way. Super happy to have found this cozy condo with all the amenities we needed and then some! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
