You will not get enough of this beautiful simple bedroom in brand new house and Community located just 35 minutes outside Houston and 30 minutes Texas Medical center, Freeport and Lake Jackson. We are located in the heart of a beautiful community, surrounded by multiple ponds that are great for walks and runs. LIVING ROOM/DINNING AREA You will have access to the living room with 75-inch Samsung TV and a dining area. You're welcome to enjoy the natural light and watch local cable channels that are available. We ask you observe our quite time from 9:00 pm-8:00 am. KITCHEN AREA You will have access to a shared kitchen, equipped with all kitchen essentials. Brand new appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a coffee maker. BATHROOM You will have access to a shared room with a full-size bathtub. All bathroom essentials such as towels, bodywash hair shampoo and dryer are provided by the Host. LAUNDRY ROOM You will have access to a shared laundry room. Kindly note we limit 2 loads of laundry per stay. Laundry can be done anytime during the day before quite time. Laundry detergent will be provided.
