Reservei um quarto com casa de banho privativa e tive uma boa experiência. O quarto é espaçoso e a cama confortável. É importante observar que o horário de check-in é na verdade as 14:30 e não as 14 como informa no anúncio. São apenas 30 minutos de diferença mas para mim me causou um incoveniente que não esperava. Poderiam adicionar na descrição do anúncio esta informação, uma vez que me informaram que o Airbnb só permite definir horas de check-in exatas como 14 ou 15hrs. Além disso, tentei chegar mais cedo ao local e esperar na recepção até que o quarto estivesse disponível e não havia ninguém lá.

Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation. Gute Lage. Sehr schön ist der Botanische Garten ganz in der Nähe , und der Stopp der Straßenbahn Nr. 28. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr laut. Aber nachts ( ohne Autoverkehr ) ist es ruhig und die Fenster isolieren sehr gut. Die Kücher ist nicht so toll, aber wir hatten auch nicht vor sie zu nutzen. Schön ist es einen Platz im Kühlschrank für eine Flasche Wein zu haben. Es ist insgesamt etwas einfach, aber für den Preis o.k. Man könnte mit minimalem Aufwand alles etwas verbesssern. Unser Bad war sehr gut und ganz neu.

For me, this was the worst Airbnb stay I've ever had. The only good thing about this accommodation was the staff who were friendly. Our bathroom was so dirty that we had to clean it ourselves for the first time. The toilet was not even drained. The only clean thing was the bed in this whole room. But the worst, we could hardly sleep those nights as the noise from the street was very loud and the kitchen was right behind our room. Every time someone turned on the tap, we were woken up. In addition, the night's rest was not really respected.
