The apartments is a part of a beautiful building at downtown Reykjavik but at the same time a little further from the main centre helping you to escape from the noise and crowd. Walking distances to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The apartment is on 2 floors, with the sleeping area, city view, and an additional bathroom with laundry on the upper floor. The apartment is for 2 guests and is perfect for a couple experiencing the city of Reykjavik. This is a beautifully furnished 2 floors apartment with great View to the City of Reykjavik. You can enjoy the view from the balcony with outdoor furniture. There is fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need during your stay. If you still want to be up to fully networking, we provide free WIFI and Smart TV. There is a kid playground just in front of the building, elevator, free drop off luggage and walking distances to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. If you are coming by car, there is paid street parking and also underground covered paid parking.

This was my first time in Iceland . And I am so happy I picked this place . First off it was in a great location ! In the heart of Reykjavik I’ll say I was able to walk to all the touristy spots in about 15-20 mins which is not bad because I got to see some great artwork and scenery along the way. This place was beautiful inside and out . I felt like a local staying here . It had everything I needed . Honestly I have nothing bad to say only that I wish I stayed longer 😂 I definitely would book this place again the price and parking wasn’t bad. Highly recommend this stay ! Can’t wait to book again ! Thank you Sir apartments !
Extremely clean and modern apartment. Spacious . This is one of the best airbnb that I stayed at during the trip A few upgrade could be adding a more simple function coffee maker and a microwave . Parking downstairs are not free but it is what it is for living near downtown

Lovely place to stay and we were impressed by the incredible view! Shower pressure was amazing and the place had all the necessities we needed. We recommend parking on the street as opposed to using the garage!

Enjoy a walk in the seaside of Reykjavik and visit the Sun Voyager and Harpa, one of Reykjavik's greatest landmarks. It is a cultural and social center in the heart of the city.
Start your day at Hlemmur Mathöll food hall for an early brunch before you are ready to visit local museums, like the Settlement Exhibition or the National Museum of Iceland.
As you are walking down Laugavegur, you will get the change to buy local souvenirs and visit boutiques with high-end products, most of which are Icelandic designed and produced.
There is a pickup/drop off location for tours and airport transfers nearby called "Bus Stop 12 - Höfðatorg".
The apartment at the heart of Reykjavík, so most museums and activities are in a walking distance.
If you like to visit Perlan (panoramic view to Reykjavik), you can take the Hop On-Hop Off at "Hofdi House" or use the nearby central bus station Hlemmur. Both stops are within walking distance.
There is an underground (paid) parking garage under Bríetartún 9-11. There is also paid street parking outside, which is free between 9pm-9am.
