Property Layout: Ground Structure Bedrooms: - The villa comprises 7 bedrooms, all of them are located on the ground floor. - Each bedroom is furnished with king beds, and additional bedding is available upon request. - All bedrooms have attached bathrooms for added convenience. Living Room: - The living room provides comfortable seating for 10 individuals. - A dining table with seating for 8 is situated in the living room. - The living room has air conditioning. - A 75” television set is available in the living room for your entertainment. Bathrooms: - The villa offers a total of 9 bathrooms, with 7 of them connected to bedrooms. - Basic toiletries are provided, and towels are included. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms for hot water supply. Kitchen & Meals: - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - The villa features an outdoor private pool area for relaxation and fun. - The villa boasts a garden, recliners,and an elevated gazebo area. - A cricket turf is available on the property for your enjoyment. - The villa also features a balcony area, perfect for enjoying quality evenings. - Bonfire can be available upon request and at an additional cost. - A kids play area that includes swings and slides is available. Additional Amenities: - A live singer and bartender services are available at an additional cost. - In order to avail the service the guest needs to inquire 48hrs in advance. - There is a secure parking area available for 10 cars. - 2.1 woofer sound system. - In case of a power outage, there is a Genset and inverter backup (at additional cost). - If needed, mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests. - Complimentary WiFi is accessible. It may be intermittent. - Games such as boardgames, basketball, badminton and volleyball are available. Other Important Information: - Consumption of non-veg food is strictly prohibited in this property. - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - The pool timing is from 2pm till 9pm. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 15000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
