Amazing AMI home. We felt right at home, everything was perfect. Pool was heated, which was so nice for the kids, usually that has been a problem at other places, wasn’t here. New pool was beautiful. Would rent from Kris again.

This is our third year staying in this house, and each time we were extremely satisfied. The location is wonderful, very close to the beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The outside of the house was almost completely remodeled this year, with a new pool area, new landscaping, etc. We definitely recommend staying here and will continue to return.

Our family had a wonderful time at Captain's Quarters! We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The 3 king-size beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The master bath was very nice with large Jacuzzi tub and the second bathroom had a nice shower. The house was immaculate. Although we did not use the pool while we were there, it was plenty warm enough, especially in December. We also used the grill one evening for dinner. Beach was right across the street, only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, which we enjoyed, as a well as a coffee shop right up the road. Relaxing front porch with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy. The hosts, Kris and Cam were beyond accommodating and answered any questions we had immediately. Highly recommend staying at their place, as we sure would again! Thank you again Kris and Cam!

Kris’s Captain’s Quarters was PERFECT! The cottage had everything we needed for our family of 5. The beds were all super comfy and my boys were so excited the beds were all Kings. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and, like another reviewer mentioned, the cottage felt even bigger than the pictures made it look! There were hooks everywhere and places in the bathrooms to set your things. (Small details…but I always seem to need more hooks and surfaces than most places have!). The beach closet had more than enough chairs, toys, etc for everyone. We had the pool to ourselves whenever we were wanting to swim. It is small, but my boys (9, 9, and 6) had a blast in it. Plenty of room for swimming/playing games. We were able to grill out and eat dinner on the patio. And it’s so lush and pretty out there, too! Kris’s place is an also in an EXCELLENT location. Steps to the beach and walking distance to coffee shops/restaurants and central to the island. We will be back!!!
