Copacabana is a well-known neighborhood and a favorite among tourists. Located in the South Zone of the city, it hosts one of the most famous New Year's Eve parties in the world. The neighborhood is busy and has several leisure options.
The building is on the beach block, in the best area of ​​the neighborhood, in a quiet, tree-lined and safe residential street. It is also close to several bars, restaurants, shops and services of all kinds (banks, hospitals, transport, etc).

The building does not have parking. It is possible to park on the street (with a daily fee charged by the City Hall) or in private parking lots nearby, some open 24 hours a day. Prices vary according to the time of year and number of days.
