The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (including an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and kitchen utensils), single sofa bed, dining table, TV, access to the balcony, and split A/C; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, and toilet; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning through heat pumps (one split in the living room), laundry, clothes rack, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator - the accommodation is on the first floor. The bedroom wall does not reach the ceiling, and there is an opening between the living room and bedroom. Also, the bedroom is NOT equipped with a door. There is a step to access the balcony. A step to access the bathroom and shower. NO bidet. Guests are advised that it is NOT possible to reach the apartment by car - the street is pedestrian-only.

- FROM BARLETTA STATION, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 14 minutes.
- IF TRAVELING BY CAR, a parking space is not included. However, free street parking (white lines) or paid parking (blue lines - NOT guaranteed) is available.
Guests are advised that it is NOT possible to reach the apartment by car as the street is pedestrian-only.
