This is a room in our basement. Blacked out windows, since we get lots of night workers that sleep during the day. We offer great pricing for rooms, and a fabulous 24 hour snack bar, with free and fee snacks. This room may have additional guests - we will tell you if that is the case. If you are not okay with a shared space, don't book this room and book another of our private rooms. We provide privacy screens. There is a bathroom attached to this room. You will have access to the indoor commons rooms and outdoors deck and fire pit.

Susan was really welcoming, do not hesitate to have a stop in her house.
Based upon my fantastic stay this past July, I knew I would return, and so this past weekend I had another overnight stay but this time with my daughter. We felt like we were at a relative's house who was having a few people over. Susan sets a high bar for everything an AirBnb experience can be!
The states at Susan's Place was amazing. I felt like I was a grandma's house. It was very comfortable and her hospitality off the charts. It really feels like a bed and breakfast and dinner place. All included. Unbelievable. It was very convenient for me. I am definitely staying again. I highly recommend this location if you need a nice clean place to sleep and eat good. Lol
Susan’s place is very thoughtful and feels like the comforts of being home. I haven’t slept so well in a long time.
Susan is a wonderful person, host and baker. Lot's of wonderful breakfast bread and delicious scones for the morning. Her place is comfortable and makes you feel like your at home. Great communication. We will be staying with her again. ❤️

TO FIND US: LOOK FOR THE ELF SIGN ON OUR MAILBOX. We have one exclusively OUTDOOR (no indoor pets) cat- Harry, who generously shares his space with us. No dogs/children please. it’s too much for other guests. Retreat on our hilltop: You will find here a COMMUNITY. It varies night to night. I live here. Currently we have a Zen monk, an amazon worker, a local BIPOC woman who works locally, and global travelers. We promote global community.
