Nice place for a small getaway as described

Overall, I felt this was a good spot and great value for the area. It was great for a solo traveler like me, safe, walkable area with restaurants and easy parking in the back. A couple things that I wish I had known beforehand was that there is no cooking appliances. There is a microwave and coffee machine but I had bought some groceries to cook at home and didn't realize there wasn't a way to cook. Also the water pressure in the bathroom isn't great, mostly in the faucet. The way it is set up and the lack of water pressure made it harder to use the sink for basic things like washing your face. But I think that's probably due to it being an older building and might not be anything the hosts have control over. But I was able to work around these things so they didn't bother me much. Also I didn't notice any loud evenings but the AC was pretty loud so it may have drowned it out. Overall, I thought it was a great stay for one, and I would definitely come back.

Ich habe Cindy persönlich getroffen. Tolle Frau und sehr freundlich. Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Freitag bis Sonntag ist es ab 22 Uhr bis ca. 2 Uhr extrem laut (Partyzone), aber das habe ich gewusst und ausführlich mit der Vermieterin besprochen. Also alles bestens kommuniziert.

The place was perfect for my stay in Daytona. Was a tiny bit smaller than what I was expecting, but obviously was not a deal breaker.
