Our private spacious suite is a part of a shared 3BHK apartment in South Mumbai – Colaba. Perfect for Mumbai looking to experience the heritage and old world charm of the city. It is walking distance from many hotspots like Colaba Causeway, Leopold Café, Radio Club and a short cab ride away to Gateway of India, Asiatic Library, Kala Ghoda and so on. Plenty of restaurants and bar are a stone’s throw away. Please note, there’s not lift in the building, flat is on 2nd floor. Guests will have to climb stairs. There is also no parking in the building or outside the building, guests will have to park the car in one of the by lanes near by at their own risk. This luxurious apartment is tastefully decorated with hand picked wooden furniture well light, airy and spacious. The large windows in the apartment ensures a lot of natural light flows in. The shared living room has comfortable and ample seating area and dining room with a smart tv and AC. There is a balcony with a seating area and a balcony with a comfortable work desk. Private Master Suite with Private Living Room & Bathroom Perfect for groups of 4, this spacious room has it's own small living room attached which has a custom made sofa bed that can accommodate two adults. The living area has it's own small balcony/work area. The room is equipped with smart tv, ac's, double bed with comfortable mattress, wardrobe for guest storage. The attached bathroom has all modern amenities. The balconies allow a lot of natural light to flow in. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a two door fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction, cookware and dinnerware and cutlery. There is a water purifier and washing machine as well. The building is a residential cum commercial building, it is an old structure typical to colaba style but is completely safe. We have made provision for a security camera outside the main door as well as in the stairway.
