Welcoming and Friendly Host, Safe and Peaceful Neighborhood, Room matches the photos and description, easy to find and settle into. Stayed for one night and had a great stay with no issues.

Rose seemed very pleasant, but I rented “entire place” & in reality it was a shared space where you’ll get a private bedroom with shared bath, shared entrance, shared kitchen, etc, although the “street parking” was easy being directly in front of the house. Everyone (other Airbnb guest, Rose & friend) seemed very nice & the place appeared clean within a residential area, but the listing as “entire place”, with an increased price reflected from her other “shared” listings, was misidentified so I was a bit confused how the mistake could be made. She was quick to offer a cash discount to share the place, but it wasn’t what I was looking for so I contacted Airbnb to amend the situation who in turn offered a hotel discount. I was in the house for only a few minutes, but it seemed fine for a “shared place” it is simply not an “entire place”.
