Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine state in our saltwater pool and jacuzzi, all under a fully screened lanai to keep out any bugs/leaves. There are also two single-person kayaks to go out and enjoy the calm waters. For entertainment, the house comes equipped with smart TVs in every bedroom as well as an 85 in Samsung smart TV in the living room and a TV in the lanai as well with smart TV capability to play music or watch a movie while you lounge in the patio.
