3- Bedroom Bungalow style, upper level of 2- Family Home. Close to great views on the nearby famous "Cliff-walk", restaurants and dining. The beach (1st Beach) is just a short 1/2 mile walk. Family-friendly activities, and nightlife all abound in Newport- Great location and neighborhood just a couple block away from the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Linens Provided - Towels not... Upper 3- Bedroom of 2- Family Home. (1) Bedroom has a queen bed; the other (2) bedrooms have full beds...Comfortable for up to 3 couples.

The apartment was exactly as listed, very clean, in easy walking distance to all the main attractions, and Todd was super easy to communicate with!

Todd's rental comfortably fit our group of five adults and the location was great. Unfortunately, the rental was not very clean, there quilts were stained, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, there were spills in the refrigerator and left over food, and basic amenities were not provided such as towels and hand soap for the bathroom. Considering the rate of this rental we expected a higher quality experience. There are not many rentals available in the area and the location was very convenient so if you're in a pinch this place would work, but I would not highly recommend staying here. If you do, just be prepared to bring everything you would need because not much is provided.
