You absolutely will not regret booking this air bnb. It’s large enough for everyone to have plenty space but had such a warm connected feel to it at the same time. Communal areas such as the kitchen, dining room and living room were lovely and spacious. Hot tub and outdoor seating area were lovely also. Would happily stay here again and only a short taxi ride away from Perth for restaurants etc! The bed in the bee room was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Julianne was also a star for granting a late check out late on into our stay.

Just back from a beautiful weekend after celebrating a family birthday. The house was absolutely perfect and catered to all needs. Everything about our stay was great. Each room was gorgeous! We didn’t want to leave. Will be recommending to others and will be back also!

Overall very beautiful house and lovely stay. Booked for a family/friend girly catch up weekend and everyone had a great time! Lovely big dinning room table to seat everyone for meals. Although wrong code was provided on the listing and little service in area meant message from host with updated code was not received, the host was very prompt to respond with instructions on how to enter. Would highly recommend!!

We stayed at hobart house for a family celebration weekend at the end of march. The house was fantastic, even better than the pictures. So much space but still so homely at the same time. Bedrooms all a great size and clean, kitchen well equipped, and the dining room was ideal for meal times with space for everyone. The garden was brilliant for the two dogs we had with us, the hot tub was an added bonus and big hit, and the games room kept the adults and kids amused throughout our stay. Julianne was good at communicating and answering any questions we had, she was even extremely generous with a slightly earlier check in and check out request. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for somewhere for a lovely weekend away as part of a big group. Cant wait to come back again!
