Several motocross facilities are within a few minutes drive, for those visiting the new motocross capital of the world. It’s only a short drive to Thomasville and Tallahassee, and an ideal central location to explore South Georgia and North Florida. A restaurant, bar, convenience store and liquor store are all within walking distance. The building is a triplex with parking and entry in the rear. Both bedrooms contain identical queen sized beds with quality pillow top mattresses. A full bath is conveniently located between the bedrooms. Each bedroom has at least one closet with a luggage rack and drawers for convenient unpacking. The living room has an oversized sectional sofa with a queen sofa bed.
