I selected this rental in part because is was one of the higher priced properties and all 5 stars so I expected a more premium experience. The facility seemed to have good bones but it lacked some basic premium touches.

Fourth time booking this house. Hosts are responsive and flexible. House is always clean and cozy. Amenities are exactly as described.

What an amazing stay. We did not want to leave! We've been coming to Fort Smith for 20 years and this was the most amazing trip of them all, mostly due to this incredible cabin. We had total privacy and peacefulness, with some beautiful geological outcrops right in front of the deck, and the mountain range directly behind the property. We found it was easier to use the smaller front gate rather than the larger gate to bring the car inside the yard (except for unloading luggage + groceries upon arrival). The 10MB DSL may seem slow by today's standards, but it was quite sufficient for HD streaming and remote desktop! The tankless hot water sometimes takes a bit to run hot, but then you have unlimited hot water. I really want one of those!! The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. I loved the layout of the place and its private location in the foothills, going up the mountain. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Hopefully next summer!
