Just bring the groceries and the family & friends to enjoy together time for all. There are 5 specious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, crib, and an on-suite bathroom. A second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 have queen beds & the other has 4 beds--2 bunkbeds) with 2 attached bathrooms. The garage has been converted into a game room and there is a separate game room upstairs with a pool table and arcade games. *** The backyard is currently under complete renovation to add a below ground swimming pool, tanning ledge, spa, dry sauna, outdoor kitchen (w/ 36 in professional grill, power burner, refrigerator, ice maker, etc., etc. As of March 23, 2024, we have the outdoor kitchen build. We are waiting on the gas company to come install a new meter. Once the new gas line is live, voila...we have new outdoor kitchen of your dreams! The pool now has the concrete shell, the pool tile, and all the plumbing and electrical completed. We are waiting on the new pool finish, coping, and decking to be installed. Then, we can add all the pool jets and finally fill the pool!!
