The upstairs bathroom has a large shower supplied with an LED mirror. St Piran also has an additional ground floor bathroom, complete with a toilet, sink and luxurious shower over the bath. The newly installed kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a 40-inch smart inch television with access to live channels through streaming services and Netflix. There is a separate dining room with a table that can pull out and accommodate eight people. St Piran is within walking distance of Carbis Bay beach. It is also within walking distance of a selection of bars and restaurants. There is no dedicated parking with the house but guests are able to unload and load their vehicle in front of the property. The house is a 15-minute walk to Carbis Bay Station
