Quiet city home with quick access to bus, bayfront Pkw, and downtown. The home has 2 cats and a Chinese Sharpie dog. All pets are friendly. Homeowner keeps pets in their personal space. Room has space for clothes, wifi, t.v. dresser, mini fridge and microwave. full size bed and end table. smoking in designatate areas/ front porch. shared entryway and shared parking with owner. large home with lots of privacy. bedrooms have locked doors and front entryway locked.

Kimberly's room was perfect for my overnight stay. There was 2 room choices as well, so I went with the most quiet one possible. Kimberly stayed in communication checking on my travels and inquiring about an EA for arrival. Upon getting there, I met her and her lovely dog which was super friendly. She showed me the rooms and the bathroom which was everything a traveler needed. Glad to have supported a local resident in Erie instead of a questionable motel.
Comfortable room, and Kimberly was very friendly and helpful
Kimberly was genuinely concerned for my late arrival and waited on me. She even greeted me at the door! Very friendly and ready to accommodate my needs. Older home but cozy, affordable and good for a night. Close to downtown Erie too!
