Discover the heart of historic Katamon! Our apartment is nestled on a quiet, one-way street lined with trees and ancient houses, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Near the apartment there are cafes and a short walk away you will reach Emek Refaim street where you will find a variety of Services. There are many synagogues within walking distance (Shtiblach). The apartment is renovated and has private parking and a lovely patio. The apartment keeps kosher and Shabbat. The apartment has been renovated and redesigned in the last year. In the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen (kosher) where you can cook, a bedroom with a Jewish-American bed, a pampering shower and a cozy living room area. The apartment is located below our house, so we can help you with whatever you need. The apartment is located on the minus one floor, it has no windows but circulation units are installed in it that maintain a good and high quality air circulation.

Great location, great price. Cute little basement in the heart of katamon.
The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was that we barely spent time at the place because we were at the hospital the whole time with my daughter-in-law and newborn grandson. Netanel had provided a lovely coffee corner for us and even water and milk in the fridge, but we just didn't get a chance to use it. I would highly recommend the place because Netanel is very attentive and responsive. He even asked if we needed a connection in the hospital because he has relatives who work there It's also in a wonderful location, smack in old Katamon, a very beautiful, quiet neighborhood.
נתנאל הוא מארח מצוין. הוא היה איתנו בקשר לפני ההגעה לדירה והוא ווידא שיש לנו כל מה שצריך. בסיום השהות שלנו היה חשוב לנתנאל לוודא שהיינו מרוצים מהאירוח שהיה נפלא. הדירה נוחה מאוד, הניקיון ברמה מאוד גבוהה, המיקום שלה נהדר, ויש תמורה מלאה למחיר. שמחנו מאוד להתארח אצלו וכבר מחכים להגיע שוב בפעם הבאה.
Convenient well-set-up basement apartment with lovely terrace in beautiful building in beautiful neighborhood
Great unit in the very heart of Katamon. Netanel went above & beyond to accommodate our check In & out & to accommodate sleeping space for our kids in the living room. The place is very clean & tidy, make good use of the space.
