Have a holiday here in one of the very best locations in the area, only approximately 170 meters from the North Sea. There is free wireless internet access and up to 2 dogs are allowed. The house is a good choice for both one and two families who want to enjoy their holiday by the North Sea. The interior of the house The kitchen and living room are in the same room and the walls in the house are covered in wood, so you get the feeling of nature all the way into the house. The kitchen has a hood, glass ceramic stove, built-in oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In the living room there is a sofa group with coffee table, dining table and a wood-burning stove and heat pump helps to reduce the cost of the heating bill. The entertainment is also in place in the form of a DVD player, stereo system with CD and television with DR1 and TV2 as well as German channels. At the end of the living room there are large window sections which ensure a view of the area. There is also a living room exit to the south which leads out to the large south-facing terrace. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one of which has a shower, toilet and sink and the other, in addition to a shower, toilet and sink, also has a sauna and spa bath. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom and a washing machine in the house. There is also a baby bathtub in the house in addition to a high chair and a baby bed. In the house there are 4 bedrooms consisting of 3 with double beds and one bedroom with 1 sofa bed. There are 2 additional sleeping options in the alcove in the living room. The surroundings of the house A nice large terrace of 88 square meters has been built around the house. There is garden furniture, a barbecue and 2 solar caravans, so the basic components for many pleasant hours are absolutely present. For the children, there are both swings and a sandbox on the grounds, so they can easily be here while the adults enjoy themselves on the terrace. If you want to get out and exercise, the dunes and the sea are almost right outside the door and when you walk the 170 meters to the sea above the dunes, you are immediately in a completely different world where you can swim, hike, build sand castles, fly a kite or angling. Arrival
If not otherwise specified, the key can be collected from SJ Holiday Home Rentals, Strandvejen 86-90, Vrist, 7673 Harboøre. Upon departure, the key is returned and electricity is settled at the same location.

We strive to assist you as quickly as possible. In order to resolve any potential issues as quickly as possible, please be aware of these times. Complaints regarding the cleaning of the house must be reported immediately upon arrival. On the day of arrival, the key can be collected from our office in Vrist during our opening hours.
Upon arrival, along with the key, an invoice for consumption costs and various brochures and leaflets from the area will be provided.
If you have ordered a cot, high chair, or bed linen, these will be provided along with the key from our office in Vrist and must be returned to the same place upon departure.
If upon arrival at the house you notice, for example, damages to the furniture or lack of cleaning, this must be reported to us immediately. If this is not possible, then at the latest within 48 hours. Please note that deficiencies and damages reported upon departure do not entitle to discounts, compensation, etc. Deficiencies in cleaning must be reported immediately upon arrival or no later than 17:00.
In case of delayed arrival
If it is not possible for you to collect the key for the rented holiday home within our opening hours, there is a key cabinet to the left of the entrance door to our office in Vrist. In the key cabinet, there will be an envelope with directions, an electricity bill, and the key to the holiday home. Please read the electricity meter upon arrival at the holiday home. Any ordered bed linen, cot, etc. will also be placed in the key cabinet, and you must remember to take it with you along with the key.
Departure
If not otherwise specified, key return and settlement of electricity on Saturdays must be done at the office: SJ Holiday Home Rentals, Strandvejen 86-90, Vrist, in the summer season between 8:00 and 11:00, and in the winter season between 9:00 and 11:00. On all other days of departure, the key can also be returned to the office in Vrist.
If cleaning has been ordered, the key must be returned to us no later than 9:30. It is important that these times are adhered to, as our staff, and in many cases the homeowner, must inspect and check the houses so that they are ready for occupancy again by 14:30.
REMEMBER! If you have a favorite house for next year's vacation, you can pre-book the house. An option certificate will be issued immediately. The final invoice will be sent in the spring when the owner's rental preferences are available.
Consumption settlement
Payment for electricity and similar expenses is made simultaneously with key return according to SJ Holiday Home Rentals' current prices. In case of departure outside our opening hours, please kindly arrange in advance before departure. Regarding the reading of the electricity meter, please note that all numbers on the electricity meter are in full kilowatts and must therefore be included. The deposit cannot be used to offset energy consumption on the day of departure. The paid deposit will be transferred to your account approximately 14 days after the end of the rental period if there are no comments.
