Bedroom #2 - Located on the 2nd Floor. This room has 1 full bed & 2 twin beds. All mattresses are memory foam. Bedroom #3- Located on the 2nd Floor. This room has 1 full bed & 2 twin beds. All mattresses are memory foam. Bedroom #4 - Located in the Basement Theater Area. This room has 1 double bed & 1 twin bed. All mattresses are memory foam. Patio Area - Located on the first floor off the Kitchen. This area has a Ding Table & 4 chairs. Rooftop Deck - This may be the best area of the home. This area spans across the entire top of the home. Complete with a Trellis , string lights & Outdoor Furniture, You will have View of the Philadelphia Skyline, Live Casino, Citizens Bank Ballpark, Wells Fargo Center & Lincoln Financial Field.

The space was exactly as described. Very clean. Location was fantastic. We were in town for one night to take our oldest son to the casino for his 21st birthday. It was less than a 10 minute walk. With all the stadiums in the same walking distance, I can see this being an ideal place to stay for game days. Had a slight snag with the keypad at one point, but a host was readily available and called us to assist very quickly. The responsiveness throughout the trip and follow-ups were greatly appreciated. We will certainly be looking to stay here again!
