Welcome to this modernized and incredibly cozy holiday home with thatched roof and free internet. The house is located on a lovely 1200 m2 large natural plot 200 meters from the North Sea and with a view to the dunes. The house has just been taken over by new owners, who often come into the house themselves and take pride in making sure everything is in order. Here are all the possibilities to enjoy a fantastic holiday. There is room here for the whole family or for the couple who want a romantic holiday. The interior of the house The house is 118 m2 spread over 2 floors and was partially renovated in 2024. The open kitchen was renovated in 2021 and is well stocked with all necessary dishes and kitchen utensils. Ceramic hob, built-in oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Enjoy meals at the dining table close to the kitchen and with access to the large enclosed terrace. Relax in the nice furniture. Play music from radio / CD player. Smart TV with Danish and German programs and the option of streaming TV / radio / Apps. Nice new wood-burning stove which, together with the installed heat pump on the ground floor, ensures minimal consumption for heating. Nice bathroom - in atmospheric colors - with toilet, sink and shower. Practical entrance hall with extra storage space, washing machine and sink as well as plenty of space to hang outerwear. The owners themselves have a dog and therefore it is of course also permitted to bring up to 2 pets. There are practical stone floors throughout the ground floor. Here there are 3 bedrooms (2ES, 2ES, 1DS). There are new box mattresses in all rooms. There is also a repro with seating and an extra small TV which can be used for games or the like. The surroundings of the house The holiday house is located on a 1,200 m2 natural plot only approx. 200 meters from the North Sea. Enjoy e.g. a relaxed moment in the hammocks in the trees, which the house also has and look at the dunes. From the living room there is access to a magnificent, large, newly laid out wooden terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue. The sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening on the terrace, which is also fenced in, which is perfect if you bring small children or dogs. The North Sea's waterfront is just 200 meters from the house, just as it is only 400 meters to Vejlby Torv with grocery store and restaurant Cafe John Wayne. Vejlby Klit is surrounded by water on both sides with the North Sea to the west, which is always worth a visit. Here you can swim, make sandcastles, fish, fly a kite, go for a long walk and enjoy the solitude or the presence of your family or simply sit on a dune and enjoy the roar of the sea and the relaxing calm. The same also applies to the close location to Ferring Sø, where there is a walking route around it. In addition, the house is close to one of West Jutland's most beautiful cycling / walking routes, which include offers the opportunity to see both lake and sea at the same time. If you want to go on a trip, you can take the local VLTJ train for FREE, which runs from Vemba to Thyborøn, which gives you the opportunity to visit both the harbor town of Thyborøn and the trading town of Lemvig without having to use the car. Within a 25-30 minute train ride, several activities and shopping opportunities can be reached. Arrival
If not otherwise specified, the key can be collected from SJ Holiday Home Rentals, Strandvejen 86-90, Vrist, 7673 Harboøre. Upon departure, the key is returned and electricity is settled at the same location.

We strive to assist you as quickly as possible. In order to resolve any potential issues as quickly as possible, please be aware of these times. Complaints regarding the cleaning of the house must be reported immediately upon arrival. On the day of arrival, the key can be collected from our office in Vrist during our opening hours.
Upon arrival, along with the key, an invoice for consumption costs and various brochures and leaflets from the area will be provided.
If you have ordered a cot, high chair, or bed linen, these will be provided along with the key from our office in Vrist and must be returned to the same place upon departure.
If upon arrival at the house you notice, for example, damages to the furniture or lack of cleaning, this must be reported to us immediately. If this is not possible, then at the latest within 48 hours. Please note that deficiencies and damages reported upon departure do not entitle to discounts, compensation, etc. Deficiencies in cleaning must be reported immediately upon arrival or no later than 17:00.
In case of delayed arrival
If it is not possible for you to collect the key for the rented holiday home within our opening hours, there is a key cabinet to the left of the entrance door to our office in Vrist. In the key cabinet, there will be an envelope with directions, an electricity bill, and the key to the holiday home. Please read the electricity meter upon arrival at the holiday home. Any ordered bed linen, cot, etc. will also be placed in the key cabinet, and you must remember to take it with you along with the key.
Departure
If not otherwise specified, key return and settlement of electricity on Saturdays must be done at the office: SJ Holiday Home Rentals, Strandvejen 86-90, Vrist, in the summer season between 8:00 and 11:00, and in the winter season between 9:00 and 11:00. On all other days of departure, the key can also be returned to the office in Vrist.
If cleaning has been ordered, the key must be returned to us no later than 9:30. It is important that these times are adhered to, as our staff, and in many cases the homeowner, must inspect and check the houses so that they are ready for occupancy again by 14:30.
REMEMBER! If you have a favorite house for next year's vacation, you can pre-book the house. An option certificate will be issued immediately. The final invoice will be sent in the spring when the owner's rental preferences are available.
Consumption settlement
Payment for electricity and similar expenses is made simultaneously with key return according to SJ Holiday Home Rentals' current prices. In case of departure outside our opening hours, please kindly arrange in advance before departure. Regarding the reading of the electricity meter, please note that all numbers on the electricity meter are in full kilowatts and must therefore be included. The deposit cannot be used to offset energy consumption on the day of departure. The paid deposit will be transferred to your account approximately 14 days after the end of the rental period if there are no comments.
