This building named CITY SCAPE GRAND TOWER. The location is the best in Cebu city, and just near by Ayala center cebu in business park. It takes only 5 minutes walk to ayala center. 22SQM studio unit. There are two 1.2M double bed inside the room. it is good for 1 adult and 1 kids to stay each bed. and it is hard for 2 adult to use in 1.2M bed.

건물이 완공이 덜된 부분을 예상하지 못해 당황스러웠지만 내부는 사진과 완벽하게 일치했습니다. 1층에 프론트 데스크가 있어 에어비앤비보다 호텔에 가까운 느낌이였어요. 숙소에서 약간의 문제가 발생했지만 바로 해결했습니다. 일단 집주인 응답이 굉장히 빨라서 문제도 빨리 해결할 수 있었습니다. 위치도 굉장히 좋아요! 아얄라몰을 걸어갈 수 있는 거리라서 치안도 좋고 주변에 유명맛집 하우스오브레촌도 있어서 정말 편리했어요!! 시설부분이 살짝 미흡했지만 집주인이며, 위치며 모두 완벽했습니다. 가성비가 굉장히 좋은 숙소에요

This place is cozy and same as advertised. Host is also responsive and kind! We have a nice stay.
Xu was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our requests. We experienced no problems during check-in and check-out, and didn't need to engage with anyone; it felt like we were the owners of the place. The room was impeccably clean, matching exactly what we saw in the pictures. Highly recommended!
