Great place - very clean and comfortable. A shopping plaza a few blocks walk. Alajuela(city) within walking distance and a great place to walked and take in the local Costa Rican culture. Of Course, if you are staying for a flight... no better option. at this price.

Frans place was perfect for us before our flight. We were actually only there a couple of hours to eat, shower, and repack before a midnight flight out, but it was great! I wish other bnb hosts were as responsive and helpful with recommdations, as Fran is. The instructions to find the location and get in, were super clear. The area is a bit on the noisy side, but the location is perfect for getting food and spending time before or after your flight. There is security watching the streets and you can securely put your car in the garage. the home is super safe and secure. To top it off, the home was clean and had everything you need for a meal. Fran has thought of everything. No clutter, just everything you need for a seamless and comfortable stay. Yes, you are above another home and we could hear their TV, but like I said, perfect for a night or two. No AC made it a bit warm, but he does have a helpful fan. We would definitely return next time we fly in. Super close to airport!
