The space ➜ Parking Available ➜ High speed WIFI ➜ Approx. 1700ft² / 157m² of space ➜ 3 Smart TV's which you can access your Netflix or YouTube ➜ Master bedroom features a cozy King size bed ➜ Second bedroom boasts a King size bed and includes a pull-out couch ➜ The living room features a pull-out couch, providing additional sleeping options for guests ➜ Private balcony with breathtaking views of nature's beauty. ➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels. ➜ A washer and dryer for guests to use ➜The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher ➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Guest access ➤ The guest will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home! ➤Guests have the convenience of parking anywhere on the premises, providing flexibility and ease during their stay Other things to note ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay! The condo has everything needed with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool is a short walk with hot tub, sauna and gym in the same building. The park nearby is a great size and well enjoyed by our kids. Lovely community area with bbqs and fire pit. We went mini putting nearby at Horseshoe Valley resort, went to Sunset drive-in (14 min drive) and Orillia to explore (20-ish min). We loved the location and amenities! Thank you for a great stay!
Beautiful peaceful location. Internet did not work. Got it working after about an hour. Cable in bedrooms did not work. Overall was good. Just needs abit tlc. Pictures Crocked. Headboard in one room needs to be straightened. Drapes off hooks. White lamps in one of the rooms did not work and shade on it needs to be replaced. I think if a few items were fixed it would be awesome. Thanks again. We had a great time either way.
