Tim had a beautiful place! it was very clean and had alot of amenities. we would definitely come back again!

From our understanding we were Tim's first guests. We had a very comfortable stay. We stayed during the solar eclipse and booked with very short notice (after another host cancelled us last minute). Tim was extremely responsive with confirming our stay and answering all questions. The place was so clean and very comfortable. Great mattresses and linens. Lots of thoughtful touches like a coffee bar with lots of choices, microwave popcorn, bottles of chilled water, and he even left 4 pairs of eclipse glasses for our family! A couple of notes for potential guests: - The house has a lot of highway noise. This didn't bother us as we are fairly heavy sleepers. - There is a bookshelf with momentos from what I presume are Tim's family members. So sweet. But if you have very young children there are breakable items within reach. Fortunately our kiddos are just old enough to follow instructions to not touch. All in all we would absolutely stay with Tim again.
