I texted Neo an hour before my arrival as I waited on my party to arrive. Her response time says one hour, it took her about 3hrs, after I booked and paid for my stay. I reached out again after 30 min passed and still no response…I proceeded to call. I was told that she was unaware of us checking in that day and that the unit was being deep cleaned. So we would have to check in the following day. Neo found accommodation for us in another unit in the same building, but it was not what I wanted nor paid for. The following morning we checked into the unit we expected. Everything was fine looks just like the pictures. However, the rug in the master bedroom’s bathroom was filthy, the second bathroom sink was clogged, the heater did not work, there was no complimentary water, no trash bags in the kitchen to remove our trash when leaving and no instructions on using stove! When asked about instructions on the stove, she sent a YouTube video. The couch was what was cleaned.

I had a wonderful time with my partner here. I loved the space and most importantly I loved my view. I definitely give this one a 10/10! Definitely booking again.
