Was the best rate in the area. We biked everywhere. It’s not a luxurious place but certainly fulfilled our needs. The fenced in area was nice for our dog but was all gravel. Very nice neighborhood and we felt right at home. Two large smart TV’s were great for the days we decided to stay in. The bed was comfortable but the place could use a new sofa. Air conditioning worked great, we were always comfortable. I was very happy to find we could walk to Winn Dixie, Family Dollar and a Catholic Church. For the price, I think this was a great find in a very safe area with lots to do.

Old 1970's trailer . Wall ac units, old mattress , shower misted not sprayed, luke warm water, counter top de laminaiting by sink , just old and not well maintained on the exterior as well. Back and side of area needs cleaned etc. Not at all what i expected but it did what was needed in a pinch

Overall, I had a great time in this little apartment. Pet friendly. Close to several activities. Quiet area.
