What a place! This is a wonderful property with beautiful views over Kassiopi. Best of all there is a little area of olive trees below the terrace where the neighbours keep chickens. At night you can sit and watch the fireflies and listen to the owls. Just magic. Clean, well managed and just great.

Beautiful place, such a special stay here. The house had everything we needed, the outside/pool area was perfect, as was the balcony off the upstairs bedroom and we were only a few minutes walk to the harbour In Kassiopi. Fotis was such a nice man, he was there on arrival with some recommendations of places to visit and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend a stay here, looking forward to returning already.

Magnifique villa idéalement située dans le petit village de Kassiopi (Nord Est de l'ile). L'aeroport est à 1h de voiture . Il faut quelques minutes pour se rendre au Port qui regorge de restaurants delicieux ou sur une jolie plage aux eaux cristallines. Pas trop de monde en fin de saison. Jolie piscine et confort parfait de la villa pour que chacun ait son intimité (3 chambres et 3 salles de bain sur 3 niveaux) . Reactivité, souplesse et accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte. Quelques jours de rêve en famille.

The Villa is just as it is described. Really great location for walking into town and the harbour. We didn’t need a car which was greatly appreciated. A besties is charming, helpful and went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

Despite our concerns regarding the wildfires on the island, Anestis reassured us that we would be safe and helped ease our minds both before travelling and upon arrival. Fitos greeted us upon arrival and ensured we had everything we needed. We had a cleaner in twice during the week which is a unique experience for us having stayed in many Airbnbs. The Villa was amazing in every way and we would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Nice stroll to all amenities and an amazing pool with view across the mountains and sea. Beautiful roof terrace making the most of the welcome sea breeze. Perfect!
