problems: 1. The road to the house (last 200m) is pathetic. 2. The caretaker is a horrible guy, seems like he was doing us a favour. one fine night he decided to party and got drunk leaving us waiting for dinner, we had a 4yo who slept hungry. He was unresponsive, gave weird answers. 3. 2 rooms were smelling 4. We had to ask for small things again and again like water good pts 1. the place is good and view is wonderful. 2. Property is quite newly built

How to reach -
You can take a bus for Manali and drop off at Aut bus station. Further take a local taxi for last 20 kms from Aut to the property.
Bus service is also available from Aut to Jibhi market.
