This luxurious townhouse apartment is located in the heart of Tenby, within the historic town walls with views towards the golden sands of North Beach. The town centre offers a vibrant hub of restaurants, cafes and bars plus plenty of independent shops and high street chains to choose from. The iconic harbour can be reached in under 500m where you can sample some of the best fresh seafood or book a boat trip out to Caldey Island. If you love a day at the beach, you are truly split for choice in Tenby with four to choose from, with North Beach being just 250 metres away on foot. As you enter the apartment, you are welcomed into the entrance hallway with space for coats and shoes and an antique monk's bench. Head on up to the first floor, and you will find your open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining room enjoying views towards Tenby North Beach. The lounge area has plenty of seating gathered around the 50" Smart TV and contemporary electric fireplace. The bay window has additional seating provided to curl up with a cup of coffee and take in those amazing sea views. There's a large dining table adjacent to the contemporary kitchen offering a great entertaining space for families to enjoy together on their holiday. There's a convenient WC on this floor as well as a utility cupboard in the hall. Carry on up to the second floor and you will find your first three bedrooms. There are two double rooms, one of which benefits from a Smart TV and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin room. All bedrooms have been well-equipped with plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings. Completing the second floor is a family bathroom with an L-shaped bath with an overhead shower and WC. Continue onto the third floor where you'll find a further bedroom. This luxurious bedroom has a super king-size bed, a Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. There is no outdoor space at this property, but the nearest beach is reachable in under 250 metres and enjoys a vast expanse of golden sand where families can play, take a walk or go for a paddle.
