Our KOMINKA house has great access to rock climbing, bouldering, mountain climbing, and trekking.
It is the perfect base for climbing Mt. Mizugaki.
It takes about 2 hours by car from central Tokyo.
It is a cool place to escape in the summer.
Just driving around makes you feel good and allows you to enjoy the vastness of nature. There is also less traffic, so you can drive with peace of mind.
It's in a nice rural setting, not too far from places to eat and shop, and is surrounded by nature. We recommend using it as a base for activities.

Mt. Mizugaki, a sacred place for bouldering
Mt. Mizugaki is dotted with 3-5m rocks in the forest, and is a famous spot that is visited by top climbers from both Japan and abroad.
Mt. Mizugaki has over 1,200 challenges and is said to be one of the largest boulder areas in Japan.
Mt. Mizugaki's appeal is not only because of its high-quality granite, but when you look around while you're resting, you'll find beautiful flowers, autumn leaves, majestic mountain ranges, and butterflies fluttering gracefully in the deep pockets of nature.
