Enjoy relaxation and tranquility in the beautiful setting of the Pineta di Arenzano, a private complex founded in the mid-50s on a Mediterranean scrub woodland area. The sea view, which features in the living area and the adjoining bedroom, encompasses the entire Gulf of Genoa and can be fully appreciated from the large equipped terrace. There is also a small private and fenced garden at the back, which the kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, and another bedroom overlook. Welcome to our retreat 🌟 The apartment, built in the 70s by a Milanese architect, was completely renovated by our family in the summer of 2023 with the aim of creating a peaceful and tranquil corner where we could relax with our children aged 3 and 5 and build unforgettable memories. The materials were carefully selected, respecting the spirit of the place and blending with the surrounding colors. The furnishings are deliberately minimal and practical: we desired spacious and light environments in harmony with the location. It features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a wooden bunk bed with bars. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen with an additional double sofa bed, making a total of 5 beds. There is an option to add a camping cot for guests under 3 years old in one of the two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with large crystal showers. Additionally, there is a third shower (with hot water) on the terrace. A small laundry corner with a washing machine is available for an extra charge. The living room, which has a sofa and an armchair as well as an extendable wooden table that seats up to 6-8 people, is filled with light and offers a stunning view thanks to the large window overlooking the terrace. The terrace, partially covered, is spacious and the view of the sea and surrounding greenery is breathtaking. Sunny from morning until 1 PM, it is equipped with a dining table and reclining ergonomic chairs for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors. There is a private parking space reserved for guests, as well as the possibility of free street parking. The apartment is located in the Pineta di Arenzano, a residential complex with private access featuring a barrier and guardhouse, tennis courts, golf, soccer, padel, and a swimming pool. The area is very safe and quiet. Within the Pineta, there is also a restaurant, a bar, a newsstand, a water house, a small supermarket, a gas station, an ATM, and a large green area with children's playgrounds, as well as several dog areas. There are also facilities including a swimming pool, golf course, equestrian center, and tennis courts. From the apartment, you can reach the village in several ways: By car (1-3 minutes): Arenzano is one of the few Ligurian villages with a good presence of parking spaces, both free and paid. On foot (15-25 minutes), through a footpath accessible by electronic card: residents in Pineta have access to private trails winding through nature. Access is controlled by gates that open with a magnetic card, which we will provide. The path leads directly to the station and then to the town center through steps and a flat section. Not suitable for those with mobility issues or who need to push strollers, it is however very enjoyable for everyone else as it is mostly shaded and away from traffic. On foot (25 minutes), via the main road that crosses the pine forest and reaches the town on the harbor side, passing in front of the golf club, swimming pool, and square (with a bar, grocery store, restaurant) and the garden with playground. The path is equipped with a sidewalk, is safe and well-frequented. By shuttle (Prontobus) reserved for residents of the Pineta: accessible with the supplied magnetic card, it costs €1.50 per adult and allows you to reach the center of the village in a few minutes. To use it, you call the designated number and communicate the starting and arrival stops. The shuttle will arrive within a maximum of 15 minutes. Our stop is conveniently located in front of the apartment.
