Check in was a little later than advertised due to cleaners still being there at 4 (it was a short wait). The house was well cleaned and ready when they did finish. Location was great for walking to King St. The indoor space is large and inviting, the outdoor patio space holds 4 people max (should have a cushion box or all the patio cushions get soaked every time it rains). The beds were large and very comfortable. Lots of bath towels were provided, however we didn’t find kitchen towels or a drying rack for any hand washed dishes. Lots of stairs in the unit. As advertised, it’s a loud area overnight, every night we were woken with sounds of voices or cars on the road or in the area but were able to get back to sleep. Overall it was a great stay and couldn’t be a better location for the size and price. Would definitely return.

This property was exactly what we needed for our girls trip to Charleston! The location right off of King street was perfect! Safe and walking distance to so many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shopping! The property was well maintained, clean, and had a modern, comfortable coastal feel, which we really loved! The beds were comfortable. The living area is big and we could easily all be together there. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio a ton! There is also plenty of lighting in the house, which is helpful when all of us girls were getting ready! We had an issue with the keypad upon arrival but called the property management office and that was resolved within minutes. The host is also responsive and flexible, which we really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and host!
We enjoyed our stay here! The home was well within walking distance of so many restaurants and sights. It was very clean and the layout was great. This would be an ideal place for a girls weekend or families with older children. Although, it wasn't the most quiet, being directly on the street, we would still stay here again!
