No parking anywhere. ✅Minimize your noise inside the Unit. ✅ Don't re-arrange any of our furnitures inside the unit. ✅Eating inside the bedrooms is prohibited ✅All lights and aircon must be turn off if your outside the units. ✅Opening the windows and doors when the aircon is turned on is 🚫 not allowed. ✅Late check-out is not allowed to allow the host to clean and disinfect the units for the next guests. ✅Broken plates, damage, or Loss to any items inside the unit will be charged to the guest. ✅Pets are not allowed ✅Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the units with a Smoke detector inside. You can smoke in the balcony. ✅Clean as you go policy.
