Enjoy the serenity of Everett, Washington — a beautiful, laidback marina town just 25 minutes north of Seattle. This cozy cottage is the perfect space for spending a few days on the Puget Sound, enjoying the views and the dining while being conveniently close to Seattle. This 1-bed cottage sleeps 2 comfortably and offers a pullout couch to accommodate an extra guest. This adorable 1-bed, 1-bath cottage in Everett is the perfect lodging for 2 people enjoying a little getaway or for a solo business trip! The living room is carpeted and cozy with just the right amount of space for evenings spent at home with a glass of wine in front of the faux fireplace, which flickers invitingly. The sofa in the living room folds out into a comfy extra bed, should you need just a little more sleeping space. Lastly, the living room moves right into the bedroom, which houses the TV, a window that looks out to the Legion Park Arboretum, and a small wardrobe so you can get your suitcase out of the way. In the kitchen, you’ll find we have made efficient use of all of the space: a two-burner glass stove top, a microwave, a full block of knives, and cabinets outfitted with the basics ensure that you have everything you need to do a little bit of cooking at home. Don’t miss out on the beautiful waterfront restaurants of the marina, but just in case you’re feeling like a night in or a quick breakfast, the cabinets here are well-appointed with all the necessities for cooking meals. Don’t worry about coffee or bringing your own water, either — we’ve got you covered with a filter in the fridge and stocked coffee.

I came to stay at Ken’s place for 3 nights for a work trip and I’m so glad I picked this spot! It was perfect for what I needed. A super easy drive to my company’s office and a safe, beautiful neighborhood. I had some nice weather and was able to take some walks down the street to the park overlooking the water which was so nice. And only a 5 or so minute drive to grocery stores etc. thanks so much for sharing your space with me!
Ken’s place is exactly as presented. It is small but very comfortable and all that we needed for sleeping and grabbing a quick breakfast. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood and the house is right next to an arboretum which is worth visiting. We would definitely stay there again.
We will be back for sure on our next visit. The cottage was so nice and comfy and we loved walking around learning the history of the area and visiting the arboretum. Ben was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and last-minute changes to our reservation. Thank you so much for everything. Aloha!
