Our family home is a cozy bungalow in the heart of Cathedral. Our house is close to everything. You will be: - a 10 minute walk to Mosaic Stadium - a 3 minute walk to coffee shops, boutiques, book stores, grocery stores, pubs, convenience stores, and liquor stores - a 5 minute walk to Kiwanis Park - a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive to the Co-operator's, the Queensbury, Viterra International Trade Centre, and the Lawson Aquatic Centre - a 5 minute drive to the Regina International Airport You will love our bright, cozy, stylish home. The wall of south-facing windows brings in tons of natural light for your morning coffee. The upstairs has a combination of character and modern renovations and the basement was newly renovated in 2024 to feel like an extension of living space and not a dark basement. Our home is very kid friendly but the main areas are designed intentionally to feel classy, peaceful, and comfortable. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One has a queen bed, one has a small child's bed, and the third bedroom is a nursery. Both bedrooms can have access to a monitor if requested. The adult's bedroom has a TV and Apple TV set up. Each bedroom has storage space in the closets and the dressers pictured. The modern kitchen comes equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and anything you may need to cook or clean. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower upstairs as well. The downstairs is an extension of living space but also sometimes used as a guest suite so there is a bedroom, a kitchenette and small bistro set, full bathroom (includes shower and laundry), living room with a TV and Apple TV set up, children's playroom, and library wall with a piano. It is a fun place to hang out and play for all ages with plenty of board games and other toys stored in accessible spots.
