Location was fine, Host is not friendly, staff is not trained and is very rude. They don't respond truthfully and blame guests for already broken furniture and u cleaned things, even I’ve sent all broken and u cleaned images from the apartment at the time when I checked in. A lot of items were stolen from me during cleaning. My bag was stolen which we have CCTV recording as well how they stole my bag still they are hiding and the apartment was very dirty from day 1. The bathroom reeked was also very dirty, the dishes were very dirty and not clean. I will never suggest anything. I hope these people learn a little and do some improvement in the apartment, clean it. And staff should be trained. I’ve faced difficulties everyday. Well I should get a full refund. Overall the host should have some shame before blaming guests on their already broken inventory. I did not even get my compensation for the bag that was stolen by their staff despite sharing the video proof of the act! .
