We had a great family holiday at this property. The house was a great size, well appointed and very comfortable. Gavin was great, super responsive and helpful! Would recommend and be happy to stay again!

Our family of four had a comfortable stay at Gavin’s townhome. The property was new, clean and furnished with amenities. Great kitchen for making meals in and laundry (hang dry) was a plus. Negotiating the shared driveway can be a bit tricky with a large vehicle, but street parking is not an issue. Overall, we were all very comfortable. The property is conveniently located and is a 5 min drive to the the mall and tennis courts which made it easy for us to go back and forth during the kids’ matches. We would definitely book again when competing in Newcastle. Gavin is a lovely host.

My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bailey! Gavin was an excellent host, very helpful & friendly. The Villa Bailey was immaculate - all listed ammenities were available & the house is situated in a great location. This stay exceeded our expectations & I would highly recommend both the Villa Bailey & Gavin as a host for anyone looking to stay in Newcastle.

Being a last minute booking before Easter and with now reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but Gavin's place was exactly as it was listed. The house has everything you can think of for a long or short stay and even had basic provisions in the pantry for the first night, and being a new property was spotlessly clean. As you would be able to determine from maps, it is about 15 min from the city centre, however there a few eateries in one direction and Woolworth/ Coles / Aldi in the other direction, all within a 1-1.5 km distance. Overall, our family of 6 was very pleased with their stay at Gavin's place.
